The USCS Handbook is an official publication of the Universal Ship Cancellation Society, Inc.  Programs and benefits described herein are available to all members of the Society.  Contact the Secretary – Treasurer for names and addresses of the current Service Managers.

This Handbook was compiled and edited by Robert D. Rawlins, and David A. Kent, and Steve Shay.
