Note: Bob Rawlins was well-known for his collection of rare covers from the battleship Oregon. Besides this 1-frame exhibit, he also had a larger 4-frame exhibit. These were shown shown a number of times over the years, consistently winning high awards. Shortly after Bob passed away in March 2015, his 4-frame exhibit was shown one last time at PIPEX in Portland, Oregon. His collection has since been broken up and sold.
