Type 2, 3, and 7 cancels with variant t have the ship’s name at the top of the dial instead of the bottom of the dial. Note that variant t does not apply to postmark types with the -1 or -2 variant (ie, Type 2-1, 9-2, etc). These variants have no standard for the location of the ship’s name.
